Once and Forever, the new film by Karl Lagerfeld, goes behind the scenes of a biopic on Gabrielle Chanel.
The film premiered at Cinecittà, Rome on December 1st before the presentation of the Paris-Rome 2015/16 Métiers d’Art Collection.
But in the film there is more, and when we say more, we talk about the costumes. For the film, Karl Lagerfeld drew from the unique heritage of Maison Chanel.
Kristen Stewart and Geraldine Chaplin wore designs dating from 1900 to 1960. For Kristn Stewart is was “priceless” saying “The vintage couture pieces were jaw dropping. I could feel the history with every step. To look through the archives is one enormous privilege but to actually feel them. Wear them, Hold them. It’s priceless”

Royallieu, 1900
The film remember us that Gabrielle Chanel, is unique, that only was a Coco Chanel, only Once and Forever Mademoiselle Chanel.
Starring Kristen Stewart, Geraldine Chaplin, Jérémie Elkaïm, Francois Marthouret, Amanda Harlech, Jamie Bochert, Jake Davies, Baptiste Giabiconi and Laura Brown.
