The Billboard Music Awards 2015 hosted by Chrissy Teigen and Ludacris last night was all about Taylor Swift, winning eight trophies, and presenting her new music video “Bad Blood” during the ceremony.

The first in won last night One Direction, who doesn’t forget their friend and ex-member of the group Zayn Malik, Iggy Azalea, Meghan Trainor, and Sam Smith – who gave the thanks for the award in a funny way- , also won.

The performances of the night were fun and some controversial, the show opened Van Halen with “Panama”, where David Lee Roth improvised a line in the middle of the song, saying “I’m gonna reach down between my legs and gonna let Nicki Minaj help me put my seat back baby”

Molly Ringwald celebrated The Breakfast Club’s 30 year anniversary, introducing The Simple Minds who performed the classic “Don’t You Forget About Me”
